  • Ron English announced today that WR Kinsman Thomas will serve a two-game suspension for a violation of team rules. Once he’s back, I have to guess that he’ll be the starting Z receiver.
  • Rumor has it that Korey Neal has a high ankle sprain. Depending on the severity, recovery time for this type of injury can be anywhere from two weeks to six months. Once he’s back and in playing shape, I’d expect him to be the starting right tackle.

We’ll have more over the next few days on what this depth chart signifies in terms of offensive and defensive styles and formations, particularly the significance of listing of an H-back on offense and a rushbacker on defense (hint: the latter suggests a 3-4 defense).
